- Heat oil and add sabut garam masala, than add onions and fry to light brown
- Add qeema and cook to dry than add ginger garlic paste and fry qeema with 2 green chillies, Bhun lein achi tarha.
- Add haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder and cook well
- Add tomatoes mix and now add some 1glass water and cover to cook till qeema is done and tomatoes soft
- Bhun lein achi tarha add salt jab oil achi tarha a jae to add Palak and mix well and cook well for 10_15 mins and add green chillies, zeera powder, dhania fresh, lemon juice and than garam masala. Cook and put on dum for few mins.
