  1. First we make kofta
  2. Shred the boiled potatoes and chopped all veggies.
  3. Mix all spices with potatoes, veggies and cornflour.
  4. Mix all nicely and make small balls.
  5. Heat oil in the pan and fry them till it become golden brown.keep them aside

  7. Chop onion and tomatoes.
