- Take 8 cup Water
- Prepare 1 tbsp Smoked Sea Salt
- Get 1 lb Elbow Macaroni
- Prepare 3 tbsp Salted Butter

- Use 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- Provide 3/4 cup Light Sour Cream
- Provide 1 1/2 cup Milk
