  1. You need 1 kg Beef with bones (bong ka)
  2. Use 1/2 pkt Nihari masala
  3. You need 1 tbs red chilli powder
  4. Prepare 3-4 tbs wheat flour

  1. In oil saute ginger garlic paste add nihari masha and red chilli fry for 5 sec add meat
  2. Now add flour and mix well for 5 min add water and mix.
  3. Cover the lid and cook until tender
  4. For bighaar : In oil add sliced onion fry until changes color add julienne ginger and chopped green chili
