- Prepare 1 cup grated cabbage

- Mix all ingredients and make soft dough.
- Heat oil.
- Make medium size balls and fry till golden brown in colour on medium to low flame.
- Keep aside.
- Now heat oil in wok. Put chopped garlic and spring onion.
- Add cornflour slurry. Mix well.
- Add soya sauce, green chilli sauce and tomato ketchup.
- Mix well. Add required amount of water. Let it boil.
- Put manchurian balls.
- Mix well and cook for 2 mins on high flame.
- Transfer it on serving bowl and garnish with spring onions.
- Serve hot.
