- Then in another Pan melt Jaggery with 3/4 th Cup Water and just pour it to the Moong Dal and cook it for 15 mins in slow flame.
- Now add coconut milk and stir it continuously for 2 mins in slow flame. Add cardamom powder, Don't over cook it,Turn off the flame.
- Now take another Pan and place it on the gas and pour there 1 Teaspoon of ghee then roast all Nuts, chopped coconut, raisins turn off the gas. Now pour it to the prepared Payasam. It's ready cool it and serve with grated Coconut.
