  1. Provide 1 Pomfret
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  3. Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Get 1 tsp corianderpowder
  5. Use 1 tbsp tandoor masala
  6. Prepare 1 lemon juice
  7. Take to taste Salt

  9. Take 1 tbsp rice flour
  10. Take 1 tbsp rava
Instructions to make Tandoori Fish:
  1. First take lemon juice in 1bowl. Add red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste,tandoor masala, coriander powder and salt in that and mix it. Rub this mixture on fish and keep as it is for 30 mins max.
  2. Then take that fish out from marination and coat rice flour and rava mixture to it.
  3. Now shallow fry fish from both side and cook it till it gets nice crust from outside.
