  2. Prepare 1 cup ghee

  1. Take a pan put water and sugar in it and bring it to boil
  2. When water starts boiling add khane ka soda in it and stir it
  3. When sugar completely dissolve add orange food colour in it
  4. Again stir it and keep aside
  5. Now take a wok put ghee in it
  6. Than add cardamon and suji in it
  7. Fry it when suji change it's colour
  8. Than add besan in it mix well now add sheera in it
  9. Than stir well till all water absorbs than cover with lid till ghee seperates
