- Take macaroni in hot water add little bit salt and boil that macaroni in medium stove,when pasta become mature then separate from water put them aside.Now fry bread crumbs in 1 tablespoon of butter for 2 minutes put them aside.
- Now we will make cream for macroni take 2 tablespoon of butter in pan when that become heat add all purpose flour for 2-4 minutes at medium stove stir till 4 minutes now add 1 cup water stir properly untill it will change in proper liquid add half cup mozzarella cheese,add black pepper powder and paprika powder.Mix them well in liquid form.Swittch of the stove add milk and mix well.
- Add boiled macaroni in it add salt according to taste,cheese is also salty so no need for lots of salt,mix well.Now we will add bread crumbs and crushed cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.We can also bake this for 20-25 minutes otherwise we can cover the pan on stove for 10-15 minutes. Now Mac & cheese is prepare to serve.If we want we can use origano and chilli flakes.
