- Provide 4 Aloo /potatoes
- Get 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- Take 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Prepare As required oil for frying
- Take 250 grams besan

- Take boiled potato and mash it in the bowl. Now add red chilli powder, green chillies paste, fresh Coriander, salt, garam masala and mix them very well now.
- In another bowl add besan salt baking of soda and make thick batter with water.
- Make equal portions from aloo mixer and make balls out of it. In besan' s batter and deep fry in hot oil until it becomes crispy and transfer to plate.
- Now take pav and cut in half portion and apply green chutney.
- Put vada on the green chutney.
- Now fry on tava with butter 2 side until it becomes crispy transfer to plate and take mirchi and pav in besan batter and make pakoda.
