  7. Prepare 1 tsp oil
  8. Take 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  9. Get 1/8 tsp turmeric powder

  13. Use 1 tbsp cornflour
  14. Take as needed Salt
  15. Prepare Pinch turmeric Powder

Steps to make Batata Vada:
  1. Heat oil in tha pan. Add mustard seeds when they start crackle add curry leaves.
  2. Once they crisp add ginger garlic paste, green chilli chopped and saute.
  3. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder and add potatoes.
  4. Add salt and mix well. Keep aside till, it cools
  5. Once it cools make balls and keep it.
  6. Now we will make covering.
  7. Mix everything with water. The batter should not too thick and not too watery.
  8. Lastly dip the balls in batter and deep fry them
  9. Once they are ready either you can serve them with fried chillies or green chutney.
  10. You can use the pav and have vada pav.
  11. Mine are homemade pav but you can have these from your nearest store too.
