- Provide For vada-
- Prepare 4 Potatoes, boiled and mashed

- You need 7-8 Garlic Cloves
- Prepare 1/2 cup Coconut flakes
- Get 1/2 cup Peanut
- Take 7-8 Red dry chilli
- Use 1 tsp Cumin seed
- Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri Tikha lal Powder/ Chilli powder
- Get 1 tsp Bedagi Mirchi Powder
- Prepare 1 +1/2 tsp Salt

- Heat the oil in pan, give tadka with mustard cumin seeds. Sauté ginger garlic and onion in it.
- Add all spices and smashed potato, mix it well and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Let it little cool.
- Make patties as per pav size. Mix the batter ingredients in bowl.
- Make smooth batter, dip patato ball in it. Cover with batter from all side.
- Fry this vada’s in golden brown colour.
- Dry roast, Cumin, garlic, red chilies, coconut flakes and peanut.
- Then take everything in grinding jar, add some red chilli powder, and salt and make the chutney by grinding it slowly.
- Cut the Pav in middle, add chutney then keep vada on it and serve with extra chutney and Chilli.
