The ingredients needed to make Dahi vada:
- Take 100 gm urad dal
- You need 2 green chillies
- Provide 1 inch ginger
- You need 200 ml oil to deep fry vada
- Prepare To soak vada
- You need 2 cups water

- Use 1 cup tamarind chutney

Instructions to make Dahi vada:
- Soak urad daal in enough water for 4 hours. Then drain the water and wash the daal properly. Drain water completely add ginger and green chillies and grind it well.
- Now beat the batter with your hands for 5 minutes to make it light and fluffy. Now deep fry them until lightly golden brown. Take water in another vessel and add 2 tsp salt in it. Soak the fried vadas in water for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Now take out the vadas from water and press and squeeze out water from them.
- Take the serving dish and garnish it with tamarind chutney, green chutney and curd. Spread them with spoon. Then arrange the vadas on plate.
- Now add green chutney, tamarind chutney and curd.
- Sprinkle pomegranate kernels and repeat the chutney and curd layers. Sprinkle pomegranate kernels and sev on top. Sprinkle some red chilli powder on top. Ready to relish.
