- Make batter for masala take besan put salt,red chilli add water little little and make lump free batter.
- Take mixer jar add all chuney thing grind it well.chutney ready.(dont add water)
- Put oil for frying,from masala we make ball put it in the batter and roll nicely put it in hot oil and fry untill golden brown.
