The ingredients needed to cook Amba khata:
  1. Prepare 1 bowl Raw mango
  2. You need 8 -10 Curry leaves
  3. Use As needed Dry chilli
  4. Prepare Salt and Jaggery as per taste
  5. Get 2 tsp Panchphutan (mustard , jerrA, saunf,methi , kalonji)
  6. Take 2 tsp Fried dry chilli and cumin powder -
  7. Take 2 tsp Oil
  8. Use Pinch Hing
  9. Take 1 tsp Turmeric powder
Steps to make Amba khata:
  1. Cut the mangoes in to small pieces.
  2. In a kadai take oil 2tsp, add the dry chilli 2pieces, add hing, curry leaves when all goes crackle add the mango pieces
  3. Add turmeric powder, salt to it fry all for some time, when the mango goes soft add water to it, when the water boils add Jaggery to it and cover the lid.
  4. When the mangoes goes softer and Jaggery melted and cooked add the fryed chilli and jeera powder to it. Now it's ready 😛
