The ingredients needed to cook Rice vadam:
  1. Take 100 grams raw rice flour
  2. Use 25 grams sago
  3. Take 10 green chillies, crushed
  4. Take 2 tablespoons pepper crushed
  5. Take 5 tablespoons cumin seeds
  6. Provide 1 tablespoon asafoetida
  7. Get 500 ml water
  8. Take to taste Salt
Instructions to make Rice vadam:
  1. Make thin batter (rice flour)with 200 ml water
  2. Take a wide and thick bottom pan, pour 500 ml water allow to boil then add soaked sago,allow to cook (3/4th) after that slowly add rice batter and stir well so that lumps not formed,keep it in a sim manner for 1/2an hour
  3. It cooked well and the consistency becomes thick,if need add little water
  4. Finally add required salt,crushed pepper,green chilli,cumin seeds,asafoetida and stir well
  5. Then spread cotton cloth in a plate,with a spoon pour the mixture leaves gap in between and keep it in a sunlight
  6. Once dried remove it carefully from the cloth,if feels wet keep it sunlight till it becomes dry
  7. Once dried fry it in oil and serve
  8. Note-Soak sago for 1/2 an hour (100 ml water)
