- Cook it well till raw small of amla goes off, then add rasam powder cook it for 30 sec. Switch off the flame then add 2 tbs jaggery, mix well
- Then add cooked rice, mix well, add 2 tbs grated coconut, mix well, you can also add 1 tbs coconut oil(optional) mix well, serve hot.
