  1. Grind the garlic,jeera and peppercorns, to coarse paste then add the tomato and grind coarsely, then pour this mixture in the kadai, bring it to boil
  2. Then add tamarind pulp, salt, turmeric, coriander powder. when u get the foam raising switch off the stove.
  3. Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  4. Finally add a pinch of hing to it.
