- Marinate boneless chicken chunks with salt and lemon juice for an hour.Heat oil and lightly fry the pieces.Set aside.Meanwhile cube potatoes into small pieces.Heat oil and fry potatoes on low flame.Set aside.In the remaining oil add ghee.Sprinkle ajwain,hing,half crushed whole garam masala.When they crackle,add the onion and fry lightly.Then add the chopped tomato and fry.Add rest of wet and dry masalas,salt,capsicum,green peas,potatoes and toss.
- Add fried chicken chunks and 1 cup water and cook till chicken is done.Add malai or fresh cream,kasoori methi and chopped coriander.Sprinkle garam masala and toss.Garnish with chopped green and red chillies and ginger julienne.Serve hot in lunch or dinner with naan,tandoori roti or paratha.
