- Provide 1 tomato chopped

- Now add cooked moong dal in the pan and stir.Add more water as required.You can add water as you wish and maintain the consistency.Now add salt,rasam powder and little jaggery.Let it boil.
- Now add grinded and filtered coconut water.Stir well.
- Remove from flame.For seasoning - In a small pan add little ghee.Add mustard seeds,jeera and hing.After they splutter off the flame.
- After the rasam becomes little warm then Squeeze the juice of lemon in the rasam and add the seasoning to the rasam.
- Delicious Rasam is ready.
