  2. Prepare 1 Carrot

  1. Clean and cut all veggies properly.
  2. Heat oil in a pan for tempering add all the above ingredients once started splutter add veggies & spices.
  3. (Red chilli powder,salt,haldi,hing & jaggery).Now add tamarind water and cook for another 5 min.
  4. Once it starts boiling close the lid and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  5. Switch off the flame wait until it cools down. Remove the lid and cook for another 5min on high flame.
