  1. Get 1 cup Orange
  2. Use 1 spoon coconut Oil
  3. Prepare 1/4 spoon mustard seeds
  4. Prepare 1/4 spoon jeera(cumin) seeds
  5. Prepare 1 sprig curry leaves
  6. Take 1/2 tsp coriander powder (optional)
  7. Provide 1 piece Jaggery
  8. Get to taste Salt
  9. Prepare 1/4 spoon asafoetida
  10. Get 1 bedagi chilli
  11. Use 1/2 tsp Chilli powder /green chilli
  12. Provide 1/2 litre water
Steps to make Orange rasam:
  1. Heat the kadai, add oil, mustard, jeera seeds, bydagi chilli,asafoetida and curry leaves. And fry it. Now add water, salt, Jaggery and chilli powder and boil now.
  2. Finally add orange juice and coriander leaves. Once it boil,rasam is ready.
