The ingredients needed to make Veg Poha:
  1. Provide 2-3 cup poha
  2. Get 1 onion finely chopped
  3. Prepare 1 capsicum finely chopped
  4. Provide 1 small carrot finely chopped
  5. Use 1 cup cabbage finely chopped
  6. Take 2 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
  7. Get 2 green chilies finely chopped
  8. You need 2-3 tbspn oil
  9. Prepare to taste Salt
  10. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  11. Take 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  12. Use to taste Red chilli powder
  13. You need 2 pinch chat masala
  14. Use 2 tbspn lemon juice
  15. Get 2 tbspn peanuts (ground nut)

Steps to make Veg Poha:
  1. Take poha in a large strainer.
  2. Wash it 1-2 times by gently swifting them with your fingers under running water. Drain excess water through a strainer. Sprinkle salt over it,mix well and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds,green chilies and peanuts. Allow them to sizzle until chilies turn crisp for approx 20-40 seconds.
  4. Add chopped onions,capsicum, cabbage, carrot,half coriander leavesand saute it well.
  5. Add salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chat masala.
  6. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  7. Add soaked poha.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  10. Mix well and turn off the flame.
  11. Spread bhujia(optional)over it.
  12. Special veg poha is ready to serve. Serve it with love.
