- You need 2-3 cups Semolina or Suji
- You need 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- Take 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- Provide 5-6 Saffron strands
- Take 1/4 cup Charoli Seeds
- Prepare 3/4 cup Ghee
- Take 2-3 cups water

- Heat Ghee and roast Charoli Seeds at first. Remove after crisp and done. In the same Kadai, roast Semolina or Suji on a low heat until light brown in colour and smells heavenly.
- Add Cardamom powder now along with Sugar and mix well. Keep the heat on a low only. After about 5 minutes, add water as required. Finally add the Charoli Seeds and the Saffron strands too soaked in little Milk. Mix well and cook on a low heat until everything comes together as a mass.
