The ingredients needed to prepare Rasam:
- Prepare Tomato 2 pieces, ginger 1 inch,hing 1 pinch,green chilli 1 piece
- Get Corriander leaves, karipata, cumin 1tsp,sugar,salt,black pepper
- Provide Black pepper powder, mustard seed half tsp,2 cup water,1tsp ghee
Instructions to make Rasam:
- Cut the tomatoes,ginger into pieces. Put Tomatoes,ginger, corriander leaves, karipata, black pepper, cumin,hing,salt in the mixer container.
- Make a paste.
- Take a pan and heat 2 cup water. Boil the water,
- Mix the paste with the water. Add sugar and black pepper powder.
- Take another pan. Heat 1tsp ghee. Add mustard seed, karipata, green chilli.Add this into the mixture.
- Serve it hot.
