  1. First, you have to wash and soak dal in 1 cup of water for 5-7 minutes. At the same time, wash and soak rice in 1 cup of water.
  2. Now, put the rice on boiling mode for 8 minutes at a medium flame. Then take a cooker and add 1 tablespoon ghee and saute all dals for 3 minutes in little water. Then add 3 cups of water and half teaspoon of turmeric powder in dal and boil dal on medium flame.
