- Take 1 cup Thick Poha or Flattened Rice
- Prepare 2 tsp Oil
- Get 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Prepare 8-10 Curry Leaves

- Prepare 1 medium sized Tomato chopped
- You need 2 Green Chilli chopped
- Provide 1/4 cup Peanuts

- Provide 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- You need 1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions to make Indori Poha !!:
- Wash Poha properly, drain excess water, remove Poha in strainer and keep aside for 8 to 10 mins.
- Heat up the oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let it crackle. Add curry. Then add chopped onions and cook till it turns translucent.
- Now add chopped tomatoes and cook for a min. Add green chillies, peanuts, salt, jeeravan masala, turmeric powder and cook till tomatoes gets soft.
- Now add washed poha, lemon juice and sugar. Gently mix everything and further cook for a min. Add some chopped green coriander leaves, mix well and switch off the flame.
- Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and ratlami sev or any sev of your choice, sprinkle some jeeravan masala and serve hot with Jalebi, Usal, Sev or Sliced onions or simply with Tea or masala tea.
