  1. Wash poha under the water. - Then drain out all excess water and put it in a sieve. - Heat oil in a pan. - Add mustard seeds. - Let it sputter.
  2. Then add cumin seeds,green chilli,currry leaves. - Now add onion to it saute till it becomes golden brown. - Then add boiled potato and saute for a minute. - Now add turmeric to it. - Add poha to it.
  3. Add salt and lemon to it. - Mix it well and let it be cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes. - Take a plate put poha on it. - Garnish it with farsan coriander and pomegranate seeds. - Our indoori poha is ready.
