- Get 1 Cup Poha
- You need 1 Onion, finely chopped
- Use 2-3 Boiled potatoes, mashed
- Prepare 1 Green chilli, chopped

- Take 2 tbsp Rice flour

Instructions to make Poha Aloo Cutlets and Balls:
- Take 1 cup of poha in a bow. Wash, Rinse and drain the water. Let it Soak for 3-4 minutes.
- Then in a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, chaat masala, coriander powder, rice flour, garam masala, red chilli powder, Soaked Poha and salt.
- Sprinkle some water if required. Mix well and mash slightly. Now make small balls or flat Patties from the mixture. Keep it aside.
- Now heat oil in Kadhai. Once the oil is hot, add poha patties and balls in batches. Cook until it becomes crisp and brown from both sides.
- Once done, transfer them on kitchen tissue, then transfer to serving plate. And it's ready to eat. Serve hot with tomato ketchup, tamarind or green chutney.
