- Take For Chicken–
- Use 1 kg Chicken
- You need 3 tbsp Onion paste
- Take 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- Take 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- Get 2 tsp Chicken masala
- Prepare 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
- Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Take 2 Cinnamon sticks
- Get 1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves

- Prepare 5 tbsp Oil
- Use For Lachha paratha
- Provide 2 cup Whole Wheat flour
- Provide 1 tsp Oil

- Wash chicken pieces well.
- Heat oil in kadahi and put chicken pieces in it.
- Fry chicken pieces for 5 minutes or it changes the colour.
- Remove from oil and keep aside.
- Add more oil in remaining oil and put cinnamon sticks.
- Add onion paste, ginger paste and garlic paste and sauté.
- Add turmeric, chilli and everest chicken masala powder in it and sauté till oil starts separate.
- Add fried chicken pieces and mix well.
- Cook on high flame till masala coats chicken pieces well.
- Add some water, cover and cook till chicken will done.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Spicy bhuna chicken is ready.
- For paratha, knead a soft dough from wheat flour, salt, oil and water.
- Make medium size balls from dough, take a ball and flatten with hald.
- Roll out like thin chapati and apply ghee on it.
- Cut lengthwise in strips.
- Keep strips on each other and fold like coin.
- Roll out coins like chapati.
- Cook on tava ftom both sides.
- Apply ghee to both sides and remove from heat.
- Serve hot with bhuna chicken.
