- Provide 4 Potatoes
- Provide 100 gm Poha (chiwda)
- Provide 1 tsp Salt
- Provide 1 tsp Chilli powder

- Boil potatoes peel them and mash them
- Wash half of chiwda under running water for 2 minutes and keep it aside
- Grind other half of chiwda and make powder
- Now in mashed potatoes add poha and poha powder and all other spices. Mix them well.
- Now take a small portion of the mixture in your hand flatten it and keep an icecream stick on it give the shape of chaap
- Make all the chaaps this way and kerp in fridge for half an hour
- Now take out chaaps and deep fry in the oil till golden brown.
- Serve hot with mint sauce or tomato sauce.
