- Take 2 Cup/Bowl Basmati Rice
- Get 1 Cup Methi Leaves
- Take 1 each bay leaf, cumin seeds, big and small Elachi, dalchini,cloves,

- Wash and soak rice for half an hour. In a big Sepri, put Oil, when heating put whole garam masala, when splutter put sliced Onions, saute for few minutes,add ginger garlic paste, add methi leaves, add chopped Vegs (capsicum carrot and peas), saute for few minutes,add Rice and put all Spices (Red chilli powder,haldi),add salt as per required.put 1tsp garam masala.
