  1. Take a bowl, add poha in it then add 2 cups of water in it and soak it for 2-3 minutes.
  2. After 2-3 minutes drain all the water with the help of stainer(chhanni).
  3. In anothe bowl take soaked poha and mash well with your hands.Add grated or mashed potatoes
  4. Add salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder, ajwain, turmeric powder,chaat msala, black pepper powder, coriander powder and coriander seeds.
  5. Mix all the ingredients with hands. Dough is ready.
  6. Give them desired shape round shape, cylindrical shape, square etc.
  7. Then take balls and coat with dry maida.
  8. Now take a kadai put it on high flame.add oil for deep frying the poha balls.
  9. Heat the oil properly. Add poha balls one by one in kadai fry it ill golden brown and crispy.
