- Mix all dal wash and soak for 1/2hr. And whistle 4-5add salt turmeric power der. 1tsp ghee.
- Now take wheat flour in paraat mix rawa and besan. Add melted ghee pinch soda curd salt carrom seeds pinch turmeric powder salt and asofoetida mix well. prepare a tight dough and make bati as shown in fig.
- Now preheat pan spread salt and put plate. Arrange all bati spread oil on bati. Cover and cook 20 min. on slow flame. Turn another side and cover cook for 20min. Bati is ready. Soak in a ghee.
- Now heat ghee add bay leaf splited green chilli cuminseeds and asofoetida make tadka for dal.pour in a dal. Add grated ginger coursly grinded cuminseeds salt red chilli powder turmeric powder and water stir well. Cover and cook it for 15-20 min on slow flame.
- Tasty delicious Bati with panchkuti dal is ready to serve. Serve hot with ghee green chilli kerda onion.Garnish with coriander.
