  1. Heat oil for deep frying in a kadhai
  2. When oil becomes hot add puffed rice and fry until crispy
  3. Once done, shake the ladle to remove excess oil and drain on a colander lined with tissue paper
  4. Now fry cornflakes until crispy
  5. Once done, remove from oil and place on the colander
  6. Fry peanuts in the same way
  7. Heat oil in a kadai, add sesame seeds
  8. When they start crackling add asafoetida, curry leaves and green chilli
  9. Fry for few seconds and switch off the flame
  10. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala powder and mix well
  11. Next add fried puffed rice, fried cornflakes and fried peanuts
