- Use 1/4 cup Suji
- Provide 1/2 cup Boiled Potato
- Prepare 1 cup Poha

- In a pan, Add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp chopped garlic. Toss it till it become golden brown.
- Then Add 1/2 cup water. When it starts boiling, Add 1/4 cup suji following Smashed Potato and Soaked Poha. Mix it well till it starts forming a dough.
- Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl then add seasoning (Chilli Powder, Chaat Masala, Black Pepper, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Italian Seasoning, salt and Bread Crumbs). Mix it well and Form a dough.
- With wet hands, take 1 tsp of dough and make patties Shape.
- Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan at Medium flame. When the oil starts heating, fry the patties on both sides till it forms golden brown colour.
