  2. Use 1 onion chopped

  2. Take oil in pan add jeera,mustard seeds, hing and potatoes and fry it for a while, add onions let it cook for then add tomatoes and in poha, add all spices above-mentioned mix it and cover it for 5 mins. Serve it with sev and boondi.
