- Smear salt on the chicken pieces and fry them golden brown.Set aside.Make a paste of 1 green chilli,sesame seeds,cashewnuts.Mix the paste along with curd,fresh cream and ginger paste.Heat butter alongwith little oil and sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala and 1/2 tsp ajwain.When they splutter,add the ground paste and biryani masala.Mix in the chicken,salt and black pepper.
- Add little water,cover and cook chicken on low flame till oil floats up.Sprinkle mitha attar and few slit green chillies.Garnish with chopped coriander and few cashewnuts. Serve with butter naan or roti.
