  1. You need 1 cup Green gram sprouts
  2. Prepare 1 cup Horse gram sprouts
  3. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  5. Prepare 1 inch Ginger
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp Salt
  7. Use 1 tsp Lemon juice
  8. Use 1 cup All purpose flour/Maida
  9. Get 200 grams Cooking oil
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup Water
  11. Take 1/2 cup Tomato ketchup/sauce

  1. Make dough using maida salt, water and 1/2tsp oil. Let dough rest for 15minutes. Mix green gram sprouts and horse gram sprouts, add cumin powder, pepper powder, salt, grated ginger, and lemon juice. Mix well, sprouts masala is ready. Keep it aside.
  2. Roll the dough to make chapatis, make a cut like to get quarter piece -fold each piece in a way to make cones, as shown in picture.
  3. Fill the cone with sprouts masala mix, and close the cone tightly well. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the cones on sim heat.
