- Take 100 gr chicken breast, cubed
- Prepare 1/2 cup chopped carrot

- Take 1 cup broccoli
- Use 1 cup cauliflower
- Use 1/4 cup baby corn
- Take 1 egg, scrambled
- Provide 2 cloves garlic grated

- You need 1 bay leave

- Prepare 3 tbs soy sauce
- Use 1 tbs sesame oil
- Provide 3 tbs extra virgin coconut oil

- Cook for 30 second, add corn flour mixture and stir for another 30 seconds then turn off the heat
