The ingredients needed to make Amba Khatta:
  1. Take 2 raw mangoes
  2. You need 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  3. You need 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
  4. You need 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds

  1. Wash and cut mango into pieces
  2. Take oil in a pan, add fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chilli allowed to crackle then add mango pieces, immediately add salt it and haldi and half glass of water.
