- You need 2 jug boiled water
- Provide Salt to boiled rice
- Get 1 kg Soaked sela rice
- Use 2-3 tbsp Mint leaves
- Take 3 –4 tbsp Coriander leaves
- Use 6 _7 tbsp Clarified Butter
- You need Yellow Food colour
- Use 1/2 tsp Rose Essence
- Use Warm Coal (Add few drop oil)
- Take Tikka Ingredients :
- Get 6 _7 Chicken thigh pieces
- Take 4-5 tbsp yogurt
- Take 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Use Salt as your taste
- Provide 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- Use 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Prepare 2 tbsp Red chilli crushed
- Prepare 1 & half tbsp Coriander powder
- You need 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
- Provide 5 tbsp Mustard Oil
- Use 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Use Yellow food colour
- Use Jaifel jawatri eleachi powder half tsp
Instructions to make Chicken Tikka Biryani:
- Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise, Black Cardamom, Cloves. Make fry until it aroma start come. Then add Tomato, Red Chilli powder, Salt, Shan Chicken Tikka Masala,
- Garam Masala, Yogurt, Cumin seed. Cook it until Oil comes up. - Now take water in pot. Boiled it then add soaked sela rice in it. When rice cooked completely drain remain water.
- Now place flat pan on stove and put on boiled rice pot. Now take out half rice in other bowl. Place layer of prepared curry,
- Also add Mint leaves, Coriander leaves. Then cover it with the bowl rice. Add Clarified Butter, sprinkle some yellow food colour, Rose Essence &
- Chicken tikka. Place aluminum foil in center & place warm coal on foil. Pour some drop oil. Cover it and cook it 15 minutes at low flame (dum per pakaien). - Chicken tikka biryani is ready. Serve with Raita & Salad..
- Take a pot adds oil, onion & make fry until it golden brown. Then add Ginger garlic paste, cook till raw smell goes. Add Bay leaf,
- Tikka method…Take thigh chicken in tray. Add horizontal cuts on your chicken pieces to make sure all the marinate can go right in.
