Instructions to make Namkeen chivda:
  1. Take all poha in a big vessel and clean it. Keep dry fruits pea nuts ready in a bowl chopped green chilli curry leaves
  2. Take a kadai add oil for deep frying and keep it for heating. Once get heat add pea nuts almonds raisins and curry leaves and deep fry it gets golden brown in colour.
  3. Once done take it in a plate to get cool and keep aside. Once oil gets heat add white poha once gets fry take it in a paper. Add corn flakes fry it
  4. Take a small mixer jar add sugar red chilli powder coriander powder black salt black pepper and grind it.here I was having all powder ready so I used directly.
  5. Fry white poha, yellow corn flakes and keep adding this dry chivda powder in between and keep mixing in hot itself. Add pea nuts dry fruits and mix again
  6. Serve chivda with tea or any other snacks. Store Namkeen chivda in air tight container.
