- Provide 1 medium size Cauliflower cut in small pieces
- You need 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- Provide 1/2 cup breadcrumb
- You need 1/4 cup plain flour
- You need 1 tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
- You need 1 tablespoon chive, finely chopped
- Take 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

- Cook cauliflower in a pot of boiling salted water until tender. Drain, cool under running water.
