- Golden ho jany par Adrak lehsan paste Dal kar bhonen.
- Phr Qeema Dalen or Qeema ka apna Pani khushk ho jany tak bhoon Lein.
- Phr dahi Dalen or namak, mirch, Haldi, crushed dhaniya, zeera Dal kar masala bhon Lein zarort parny par Pani dalty rhen.
- Masala bhun jaey to taqreeban 1 1/2 sy 2 glass / as required Pani Dal kar Qeema galny chor dein. Taqreeban 20 sy 25 mint. Ya jab tak Qeema gal jaey.
- Qeema gal jaey to garam masala Dal kar khushk bhon Lein.
- Phr Hari mirchen thori Adrak Dal kar halka sa Pani ka cheenta dy kar 5 sy 10 mint. dum par rakh dein.
- Lejiy Mazedar Bhuna Qeema tayar Hy. Bowl me nikal kar bareek Kati Adrak sy garnishing karein. Or naan ke sath serve karein.
