- Prepare 1 cup Fresh grated coconut -

- Soak Chana dal 1 cup for 6 hours in 5 cup of water
- After 6 hours remove all water
- In that chana dal add salt, sugar, jeera, Green chili and grind in mixer coarsely
- After in that add 1 cup fresh grated coconut, coriander leaves and 1/2 Cup kacchi kairi (Raw kairi)
- Mix thoroughly all ingredients
- Heat pan.after crackling put 2 tablespoon oil and add mustard seeds, jeera, Curry leaves,haldi, hing
- Put this takda mixture in our above Chana dal mixture and mix thoroughly
