  1. Prepare 2 cups Beans
  2. You need 11/2 cksp Palmoil
  3. Take to taste Salt
  4. Use 2 knorr cubes
  5. You need 1 big onions

  1. Parboil beans with a pressure pot for 30mins. Wash the beans and put back on the heat in a boiling water.
  2. As the beans starts boiling add sliced onion and salt; Leave it to boil for at least 15minutes
  3. Check the beans to make sure it's tender. once it's tender add crayfish, smoked fish, pomo, Maggi and fresh pepper.
  4. Allow to boil for 10minutes; pour in palmoil and cover the pot and allow it simmer
  5. Stir and taste for salt, cook for another 2 to 5mins then turn off heat and serve
