- Assemble all dals. Soak dals in water for 5-6 hours. Strain water. Transfer in mixer jar. Add chopped green chillies and ginger.
- Grind in a fine smooth paste. Add salt and mix well. Beat batter for 5 min in circular motion. Grease appe pan with oil. Pour batter in each pit of appe pan.
- Cook on medium heat from both sides until light brown. Soak in lukewarm for 15-20 min. Squeeze water by pressing dahi bade in both palms.
