- Get 2 cups Beans
- You need 1/2 cksp Palmoil
- Use to taste Salt
- Use 2 knorr cubes
- Use 1 onions diced
- Prepare 2 tbsp Crayfish blended

- Clean and wash beans then parboil and allow it cook till its tender; wash dry fish properly and set aside
- As the beans starts boiling add sliced onion, dry fish and salt; Leave it to boil for at least 15minutes
