- Prepare 1 cup spilt yellow gram (moongdal)
- Provide 1 tsp Ginger paste

- Now put the appe pan on the gas. When slightly heated, you will apply oil with a brush and put a paste of lentils with a spoon, now keep a cube of cheese then add a spoon paste. Now add oil to it and roast it from both sides. Fry till both sides turn brown.
